SUSTAINBLE HOTEL

Ours is a SUSTAINABLE hotel: respect for the environment, social responsibility and governance represent our key pillars.​
We have installed jet breakers in all the rooms to reduce water waste; we are increasingly enhancing our waste recycling rate.​
Among the amenities, we offer cosmetics from Terme di Telese, promoting products from our region, Campania.​

SUSTAINABLE FOOD

In protecting the environment, food plays a crucial role.​
Our menus offer typical dishes of Neapolitan culture and delight with a selection of flavours capable of combining taste and health, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
We do take care to avoid food waste and tend to reduce it as much as possible.
The majority of food of animal origin, specifically seafood, is purchased only if certified.​

GREEN ENERGY

We purchase electricity from a supplier who guarantees that it comes, in part, from renewable sources, thus reducing the amount of C02 released into the atmosphere.

We use natural gas for heating and have set temperature limit ceilings, for both heating and cooling.

We use energy-saving light bulbs, we synchronize the switching on and off of lighting in common areas, we have reduced waste by insulating the building and fixtures, and we have installed motion sensors in most of the hallways and restrooms.

ECO-SUSTAINABLE​ CLEANING​

For laundry washing, we outsource the service to a local supplier who uses products with reduced environmental impact, while offering excellent quality.​
We also ask our Guests to actively participate by requesting to receive fewer unnecessary linen changes.​
Cleaning detergents are purchased in a concentrated formula and are equipped with calibrated dispensers to distribute the right amount of product, thus we reduce product and water waste, significantly reduce plastic use, and reuse multiple times the bottles used to allocate mixed detergent.​

PLASTIC REDUCTION

We have replaced single-dose amenities in favor of larger dispensers, thus promoting a reduction in product waste (soaps and creams) and the amount of plastic used.​

For Guests, we use only glass water bottles.​

For our Staff, we have provided reusable water bottles and several water refill points, eliminating the use of plastic bottles.​

We have also eliminated plastic straws.
